Why does EcoVadis reject documents?
In the EcoVadis assessment, you must support your answers with documents, and the analyst checks each attached file. A document may describe a practice that really works in your company and still be rejected. The reason can be its form, scope or validity date, or the fact that you attached it to the wrong answer.
You see the status “Rejected” only after the assessment. After you submit the questionnaire, you cannot add any more files. So you need to check each document before.
